West Bengal Government Calendar 2022 : West Bengal (WB) Govt Holidays List 2022 PDF Download

The Government of West Bengal has announced public holidays list for the year 2022 which is very useful govt offices in state government and banks as well. This post is also showing a days specific list which might be observed as Sectional Holidays. This calendar is mainly useful for Bengali speaking people to get easily information about festivals time, days, weeks, months and years in Bengali.

There are around more than 25 holidays observed in this year 2022 in West Bengal. The main festivals are Saraswati puja, durga puja, kali puja, laxmi puja and more. This year Bengali New Year’s Day will be celebrated on 15th April 2022, Friday while birthday of Rabindranath Tagore is 9th May 2022, Monday. Around 11 festivals or occasions fall on Sundays which are public holidays which is not included in the list such as birthday of netaji, bakrid, mahalaya, gandhi jayanti, durgapuja saptami, chhat puja, etc.
